Platform Role

Acre Dreams is a technology platform that connects land buyers with For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or advisor. We do not sell, broker, or negotiate real estate transactions.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or listing property.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any property.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.

Listings & Content

Property information is provided by sellers and public data sources. While we strive for accuracy, Acre Dreams does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing data, including but not limited to acreage, pricing, zoning, utilities, or legal access.

Limitation of Liability

Acre Dreams is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality on Acre Dreams is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
